Spas, saunas, steam rooms and fitness equipment often require the professional installation and service of a local dealer. Accordingly, we do not sell these products beyond our designated sales regions (northern British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Alaska) unless special circumstances make providing sales and service to you practical. We do provide sales to international markets such as India who do not have local dealers.

Waterstone products has authorized service individuals in several communities in Yukon and Alaska and work closely with local service personnel to provide the best possible support for our products. Our service centres keep a reasonable inventory of parts and watercare products on hand as the volume of the community requires.
